This Privacy Policy explains how ORVISION("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Invitely — our invitation design app for creating, customizing, and sharing digital invitations (Create. Share. Celebrate.). Invitely does not require account creation.
1. Information We Collect
Invitely processes information you provide when you use the app. This may include invitation designs you customize, and drafts and favourites you save on your device. If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email, phone number, and message details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to provide invitation templates, let you save drafts and favourites on your device, download or share designs, improve the app, and respond to support requests. We do not use your invitation content for advertising.
3. Data Storage & Security
Drafts and favourites are stored only on your device using the app’s local storage. They are not uploaded to or stored on our servers. Exported invitations you save may also remain on your device. Template and related app content may be delivered from our servers. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any information we do receive (such as support messages) against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate Invitely (such as hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality terms. We may also disclose information if required by law. When you share an invitation, you choose where it goes through your device's share options.
5. Your Rights
You may remove drafts or favourites in the app at any time; because they are stored locally on your device, clearing them or uninstalling the app removes that data. If you have contacted us for support, you may request that we delete information we hold about you by emailing us, where applicable.
6. Analytics
We may collect limited usage information (such as app version and general device type) to keep Invitely stable and improve templates and features. This is not used to sell ads.
7. Children's Privacy
Invitely is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the app and on this page, and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Invitely after an update means you accept the revised policy.
